A one-and-the-same statement must contain an original (wet) signature. If the statement is a copy, the dealer must include a certification that the statement is a true copy of the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DMV has collected and archived one-and-the-same statements from businesses over the years and has been using these statements when processing transactions.
