Each tow or recovery vehicle must have a tow plate and business certificate specific to the vehicle&#8217;s VIN.<\/em><em>TW plates and the tow business certificate&nbsp;are issued by DMV&nbsp;in conjunction with the vehicle registration.<\/em><em>For more information visit:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oregon.gov\/sbot\/Documents\/ORS%20822.200%20-%20Public%20Policy%20eff%2010_01_2024.pdf\"><em>ORS 822.200 &#8211;
