During this learning opportunity, we will discuss the types of communications included, specific requirements, and exemptions based on who\u2019s making the communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bDisclosures required by ORS 260.266 help voters \u2018follow the money\u2019 by requiring that certain communications (which include more than just TV and radio ads) include identifying information. Some small campaigns may be exempt from disclosures entirely, while larger ones may be required to provide additional information like the names of top donors.
