Electric Title Fees
Oregon’s light vehicle title fees were changed under Phase 2 of House Bill 2017 and are now based on the vehicle’s MPG rating: Oregon DMV will update its computer system on March 5, 2025, to correctly charge the $192 electric vehicle title fee for all electric vehicle types under 26,000 pounds GVWR.
